Sedona Marathon half marathon - Sedona (Usa/Arizona)

The "Sedona Marathon" half marathon race starts at the high point of Cultural Park Place near a forest service trailhead then travels northwest down hill then travels uphill to the southeast then a left to the northeast and takes a right to the southeast with the intersection of Navoti Drive eventually connecting with Dry Creek road and its magnificient views of the Red Rock area. Runners continue out to Boyton Canyon road where they make a left continuing out to Boyton Pass Road. Just 100 yards West of Fay Canyon trailhead is the turn around for the course; returning the start point. This USATF Certified course is hilly and at a high altitude but features some of the most breathtaking views you will experience in any race through the pristine Coconino National Forest. "USA Today" once called Sedona the most beautiful place in the United States, run the red rocks of Sedona and you will soon realize that this was an understatement.
